Writing out my thoughts has helped me to gain a new perspective of myself. In sharing these writings, it is my hope to help others to better understand themselves. It is my belief that with each of us who chooses this path of greater understanding of thy self, that it inspires others to do the same. This building momentum is the force that drives me to share, for in my vulnerability, I find my strength. I believe that you can also find yours there. ~~~In reading some of my posts, you will see that growth is not always pretty. It is in breaking apart and coming undone that a seed sprouts and breaks free of its own captivity. It is also out of mud that the lotus blossoms. ~~~Please join me in seeing the beauty of growth within the deconstruction of our limiting beliefs. ~~T.C. View more posts

Ok, I know I can get wordy so let’s try an email comment, even a six word, six line comment. This might take awhile.😆
She doesn’t know her own strength. Inner beauty trancends all, Beauty Queen! Bleed first? Write first? I wonder… Words, beautiful phrases, consuming her mind… So Desireable, awaiting her Warrior lover… Writing, a salve for her wounds…
I really like this form of poetry, very challenging and fun, I need a thesaurus and/ or a bigger vocabulary. On another note l now have a linebacker for a grandson. He is so beautful! Looks like a six week old. After 21 hrs labor he showed up at 2:53 yesterday weighing 9lbs7oz. Jomell and I were up 36 hrs but we still aren’t as tired as momma Michelle. She was a real trooper. JoMell and I are gonna give mom and dad some space today to recover and bond. We’re headed south to Charlotte to visit Ikea. Swedish meatballs anyone? Love your latest, ❤ Ken Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Ps I’m visiting Raleigh! I’m following you, unintentionally, now that you’re further west.

Vacation time I hope! I’m such a bozo with the computer, thought I was sending to email. Oh, Crosby measured in at 21.5 inches. Not a linebacker they said, no concussions, a point guard or center if you please 🌞🌞 Ken

Do you ever get weary from being on an emotional rollercoaster, I do, maybe it was just going back to work after 9 days off and greeting a beautiful grandbaby. “Happy Man Redeux” Happy man sleepshappiness recedesAs Darkness impedes,Filling every crack and crevicewith grayDoubt fills his heartHe questions the thoughtThat they will ever be one againTired of sharing a house, but not her heartTime to double dowTo be a manTo fight like hellFor his fair maiden
I share all of it with her, I’ m trying to be as real and honest with her as I can, and I told her I would like the same from her in return. We both shut down emotionally for years, I know we were just protecting ourselves but I can’t do that any more. Life is too short for us now and I want to know what it’s like to love someone with complete and total abandon. My biggest fear is that I’ve waited too long or that I’ve become too selfish to do that. Thanks for hearing me out, somtimes I think I take too much of your time. Blessings ❤ Ken Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Ken, yes, I do get tired at times, definitely! Yes, I do have doubt. Like you said, there is what you’ve done for years and now you’re changing it…so there will be ups and downs in the process. Roll with it as much as you can. Much love, Ken! Keep writing. I’ll let you know of it’s too much for me, ok? ❤️

Hey, I’m wondering…would you have any interest in going to OBX one Saturday? It would be an early morning start. Let me know. I was thinking that would be cool, if it wouldn’t cause issues at home.
