At different times in our lives, we need a helping hand (or two or more) to help us to grow. In the past, I’ve shared my experiences with how life coaches have helped me in “letting go” and today I’d like to introduce you to my creative life coach, Sam!
I’ve worked with Sam for over a year now on how to expand my creativity. She has helped me to face many of my internal barriers to expressing and being myself. I’m now poised to introduce new avenues of expression that I’ve been working on. (Well, at least in the next month or so, I hope).
There has been an ongoing unfolding of the fears that have kept me from being myself. She was also behind my post on facing my fear of heights. My current assignment may be the toughest yet, ironically, it’s my fear of being my playful self.
I hope you will take the time to check out her site and even to take the leap and contact her. With all she’s helped me through, I’m confident she will be able to help you, too!
Namaste
Oh, how wonderful. I had no idea that Sam was your coach. I’ve connected with her on her blog and always enjoy her poems and writings. Clearly she’s an excellent coach too. Hugs xx

To fan the flames of that inner child is a beauty indeed Tiffany. May your play in the puddles be the kindle for that flame ❤ 😀

Thank you! This has been my biggest hurdle yet. Using my best tools and still feel so blocked. Surrendering into the blockade is a degree by degree affair. It feels like a safe…and I’ve been keeping my own treasures locked inside, even away from myself. (Maybe it’s Pandora’s box, lol)
Hope all is well in your fall/winter! It’s finally warming up here… had an extended cold, rainy start to Spring

It is a life journey to open Pandora’s Box and finally be free Tiffany, but each step we take tests those walls we built until finally a little burst of light here and there when we discover another truth within becomes the norm and gives us more confidence to stand in those truths ❤
And yes winter did finally turn up, in spades. Cold Antarctic wind, rain and the urge to go play in the puddles 😀

Love the repeated playing in puddle references!
Yes, I’ve seen the light with various steps and it’s calling on my faith in these moments that it’s still there although I cannot see it. Thank you for the nudges.
Cheers to playing in more puddles!

Just have faith and acceptance of you Tiffany. We create eggshells all around us daring not to tread on them, but if we do they gradually become firmer and firmer slowly building a very firm footing. And after a while we even begin to dance on them ❤ 😀

Roger! What I heard was have faith, break down the shells and get back to dancing 🙂

Dear Tiffany I have only just come across this post and just wanted to say how touched I am to read it! Thank you so much for your open sharing of the work that we have done together. (Doesn’t ever feel like work though!) Do you mind if I share this on my Facebook page? Big hugs, Sam xxx
