Breathing Easier

Whether it’s from stress or dealing with other mess, this video has strategies to help you to breathe easier by relaxing muscles that can affect your breathing.

Writing out my thoughts has helped me to gain a new perspective of myself. In sharing these writings, it is my hope to help others to better understand themselves. It is my belief that with each of us who chooses this path of greater understanding of thy self, that it inspires others to do the same. This building momentum is the force that drives me to share, for in my vulnerability, I find my strength. I believe that you can also find yours there. ~~~In reading some of my posts, you will see that growth is not always pretty. It is in breaking apart and coming undone that a seed sprouts and breaks free of its own captivity. It is also out of mud that the lotus blossoms. ~~~Please join me in seeing the beauty of growth within the deconstruction of our limiting beliefs. ~~T.C.

    1. Hi Mark, thank you for your endorsement! It has been a tough go here and so far we’re medically doing okay. The rest we are still working through 💜
I hope you and yours are doing well, also, Sir. Namaste 🙏🏽🌞❤️

  2. Yes, it is important we learn to breathe properly – I do some yoga exercise in the morning before I am off to work and one of the key things I do once done is do some deep breathing exercise, nothing more, nothing less. You will be surprised to see how many people don’t do proper breathing in, breathing out and then get so tensed up.

    1. Yes! It’s also important to note that stress is hard wired to change our breathing to help us fight, flee or freeze; to survive. It does require awareness and “effortless effort” to maintain the breath in a conscious way. Thank you, BJ, for reading and commenting!
