the moon
a distant satellite
pulls the moving waters towards itself along the lines
the lows naturally occurring on opposite sides

pressure towards movement
expansion & contraction
within our cellular matrix
has similar effects

the moon calls
the moving waters listen
movements in predictable fashion
to swim against or with it
our choice in any given
moment …

‘til along comes the rip current
pulling us out to sea
to get caught in one
if we fight it, is exhausting
and possibly the most costly

the ebb
the flow
the latter is high
the former is low
& so it goes in life
ascension evermore
followed by descension
endless cycles repeating
yet shifting along the shorelines

with the ebb we can easily
get stuck in the muck
when we don’t plan accordingly

life is all moving
endlessly

the ebb
& the flow
as above
so below
