End, begin, all the same. Big change. Sometimes good. Sometimes bad.

Aughra in “The Dark Crystal”

rarely is the process of letting go linear
yet in my experience
the most efficient traveler
judges not the process nor position
they find themselves in

this year has been a year of endings & beginnings
it feels nearly like a mobius strip
where the point of beginning wraps around
to a new end point that is back where it all began
where my efficiency is still to blossom

just as the cycle of breath ends where it begins
it’s not all a loss
sometimes it’s a gain

a continual process of shedding
& embracing

an opening into something new
a rebirth
sometimes it feels good
sometimes it feels bad
yet it all really is relative

to fully embrace the new
it is best to let go of the old

now Aughra in uno reverse:
bad sometimes
good sometimes
change big
same the all
begin
end

and so we begin… again.

  1. It is an interesting life this is, around and around to begin again. After I had my NDE it changed the beginning and end again. Beautifully written kind lady 😀❤️🙏

I find myself stuck in this circular pattern time after time. Letting go is hard, but so isn’t breaking the cycle.

    1. ahh, yes! i can certainly relate. i will say that i could have added another line b/c even though the point returns, i am more often than not, seeing it from a different perspective…
