    3.2 grounding

    for so long, “fight or flight” has been the status quo. in moments of complete surrender into gravity, there is a new heaviness within my body, as if my soul is reseated. alongside this, there is a profound peace & letting go… a weightlessness (within the heaviness), even.

    there is a lightness to the heaviness
    once allowed & permitted to take hold
    in surrendering the need to fight against
    the force of gravity

    its gentle
    steady draw
    pulls me down
    & back into my bones
    there is a freedom in my breath
    as if returning home

    the need for flight flees
    at least in these moments
    of temporary sanity

    there is a clarity to
    behold in the
    non-dual triad behind the duality

    3.2 grounding
    3.3 breaking shells
    3.4 snow globe moments
    3.5 being the moment
    3.6 respecting the ebb
    3.7 heeding the whispers
    3. 8 the core
    3. 9 the edges
    3.10 seeing the beauty

    3.11 slipping between & betwixt
    3.12 new spaces
    3.13 feeling the wonder
    3.14 resetting
    3.15 bringing the fire
    3.16 the exhalation
    3.17 loss of words
    3.18 feeling the edges
    3.19 the decision
    3.20 the roar of silence

    3.21 missing pieces: Western NC
    3.22 love from the universe, from a dear friend
    3.23 mirror, mirror
    3.24 getting it together
    3.25 how to starve the beast within
    3.26 embracing the suck (as best as can)
