so it’s interesting to note
some changes over the past few weeks
with the new probiotic cultured foods
while i still eat dairy, cheeses, eggs & meats
i’m finding that i’m actually craving
& consuming veggies more than ever before
this fiber shift feeds the gut microbiota
encouraging them to live & hang out for longer
hence an emerging food term increasingly seen: “prebiotics”
an interesting side effect has been
that my clothes are starting to have more room in them
weight loss has not been my goal, so i have no numbers to share
general health, energy, sleep as well as
eating & feeling better are my goals instead
fewer sugar cravings has been another bonus
