there is so much dust
settling on all the things
so much still tucked in & put away
as the finer particulates continue
to find their way back down

the canvas is less blank today
still sorting out where to place the things
& the time, energy to do so
planning most placements in a new sort of way

even with so much undone
the half-point has been surpassed
at least with this one
a weekend of training on-line ahead
perhaps i can move things about
when there’s discussion to be had

settling back & down into my-self, my-body
my respirations last night slowed to 8 per minute, not hour (insert coffee, quickly)
before bed

the challenge today remaining settled during my
busy workday with much hustle & bustle
while doing my best to live by example
a nervous system less nervous
perhaps an ironic notion to live by

  1. Isn’t it amazing when we reach a place within ourselves…wait till you understand you, it is…profound 😀❤️🙏

      3. That actually has a purpose, we avoid them because of a perceived pain in facing them. But believe me, when we finally do go in deeply and understand them, we will be ever grateful for how we will then feel. It is like the weight of the world is let go…and…finally understand that the love and happiness we have ever searched for…was our love, that is right behind our fear. To see it is to let it go and finally, truly love the one person we have been afraid to because of our doubts and negativity towards ourselves…us 😀❤️🙏
