      Food and sleep is us recreating ourselves each day, we can only ever give of what we are from it. Those stressful times reduce that ability, ever reducing what we give out. First ‘feed’ our bodies in those things so that we feed our souls. Only then will we fill our destiny. Great post dear lady, sending much love and light that you do indeed rest from a very tiring but courageous path ❤️🙏
